Building an EV Campus in Stanton, Tennessee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

About an hour northeast of Memphis is the small town of Stanton, Tennessee.<\/p>\n\n

With no stoplights (yet), fewer than 500 residents, and just two diners\u2014Suga\u2019s Diner and The Cannery Caf\u00e9\u2014it might seem like an unlikely landing spot for a $5.6 billion automobile facility.<\/p>\n\n

However, this is exactly where Ford is constructing BlueOval City, which, in their words, will \u201c\u2026 reimagine how electric vehicles and batteries are designed, built and recycled \u2013 all Built for America.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n

A Focus on Sustainability and Scale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

At its core, the six-square-mile campus\u2014one of the largest in U.S. history\u2014is a vertically integrated, carbon-neutral, and sustainable ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n

BlueOval City has committed to limiting the use of freshwater to human consumption only. To achieve this, the site includes a dedicated wastewater treatment facility that returns water either to the Mississippi River or back to the assembly plant for reuse. That goal aligns perfectly with ISCO\u2019s HDPE and PE-RT piping systems\u2014durable, corrosion-resistant, and designed for long service life. <\/p>\n\n

A Collaborative Effort<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

ISCO worked side by side with top general construction contractors and partners, including Walbridge, Yates Construction, JESCO, CSFCO, Magnolia Underground, Gipson Mechanical, FM Sylvan, Lusk Mechanical, and others. The scope required a collaborative partnership across multiple phases to meet the project delivery demands on a site of extraordinary scale. <\/p>\n\n
