David P. Haick is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ISCO. Mr. Haick joined ISCO in 2013 and is a member of ISCO\u2019s Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Haick leads ISCO\u2019s global legal department, overseeing legal and other risk management activities related to corporate governance, compliance, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and dispute resolution, labor and employment, intellectual property, insurance and other general corporate matters. <\/p>\n\n

Prior to joining ISCO, Mr. Haick served for 15 years as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of SHPS, Inc., a benefits administration and health management company owned by private equity firm Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe. Before joining SHPS, Mr. Haick was in private practice as an associate with the law firm of Boehl, Stopher & Graves, representing clients in a variety of industries. <\/p>\n\n

Mr. Haick holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
