High-density Polyethylene Piping Products
High-Temperature PE4710 PE-RT Pipe
High-performance PE4710 PE-RT pipe engineered for elevated-temperature service up to 180°F, manufactured with Dow INTREPID™ 2499 bimodal polyethylene resin.
Why PE-RT Pipe?
PE-RT is engineered for continuous elevated-temperature service up to 180°F (82°C), bringing the advantages of polyethylene to district heating and cooling, data centers, industrial process water, geothermal, oil and gas, and other demanding applications. It is designed for performance in high-temperature and corrosive environments.

PE-RT pipe has a substantiated 800 psi Hydrostatic Design Basis at 180°F, supporting continuous elevated-temperature service up to 180°F.

PE-RT pipe and fittings are heat fused for a continuous piping system, with butt, saddle and electrofusion joining supported by established ASTM and PPI procedures.

PE-RT provides a nonmetallic piping solution for water, process, and chemically and corrosively demanding services, without corrosion mechanisms associated with metallic piping.

PE-RT uses established PE joining methods, including ASTM F2620 butt and saddle fusion for elevated-temp capability AND the same installation processes contractors already know.
