Louisville Joins Elite Company as One of Only 36 PGA TOUR Host Cities Worldwide

Louisville becomes one of only 36 cities across the globe selected to host a regular-season PGA TOUR event.

Louisville, KY – This summer, Louisville will once again find itself at the center of the golf world as one of just 36 cities worldwide to host a regular-season PGA TOUR event, the 2025 ISCO Championship, set for July at Hurstbourne Country Club.

Fresh off hosting the 2024 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club, where Xander Schauffele captured his first major win, Louisville has proven it is more than ready to welcome the game’s greatest players and most passionate fans. That energy now continues with the ISCO Championship, part of the PGA TOUR’s prestigious FedExCup season.

“Hosting a PGA TOUR event is more than a tournament, it’s a moment of pride for the entire city,” said Jimmy Kirchdorfer, Chairman & CEO of ISCO Industries. “Louisville is ready to shine on the world stage, and Hurstbourne will deliver an unforgettable experience for fans and players alike.”

With only 36 PGA TOUR regular-season events, followed by just three post-season tournaments in the FedExCup Playoffs, the ISCO Championship brings with it an exclusive opportunity for fans to experience world-class golf, up-close and personal. And for Louisville, it reaffirms a growing legacy as a premier destination for the sport.

“This tournament puts a global spotlight on our city,” said Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg. “We’re proud to welcome fans from across the country and around the world to experience not just great golf, but the best of Louisville.”

Known for its bourbon, basketball, and hospitality, Kentucky is fast becoming a major player in professional golf. The arrival of the ISCO Championship at Hurstbourne Country Club only amplifies that momentum, blending top-tier athletic competition with the sights, sounds, and spirit of the Bluegrass. Whether you’re a lifelong fan or simply want to be part of a can’t-miss summer event, the ISCO Championship delivers elite play, unforgettable moments, and a celebration of all things Kentucky.

With a $4 million purse and 300 FedExCup points on the line, the ISCO Championship continues to grow in stature and impact, elevating Kentucky’s presence in the world of professional golf. Tickets and full event details are available now at iscochampionship.com.
