Karlie Burton is the Vice President of Human Resources, leading ISCO’s people strategy, building a culture that attracts top talent and supports long-term opportunities for team members. She began at ISCO in August of 2015, progressively taking on additional HR responsibilities and roles since starting her career here. Prior to ISCO she spent six years working as an Executive Team Leader at Target.

Karlie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Purdue University before completing her M.B.A. at IU Southeast. She lives in southern Indiana and she and her husband, Josh, have one daughter.
