ISCO welcomes CAVCO, expanding customer support throughout the Southeast and Gulf Coast with experienced people and additional resources.

ISCO Industries welcomes CAVCO to the team.

Louisville, Ky. (June 29, 2026) — ISCO Industries (ISCO) has acquired CAVCO, Inc., adding established operations in Bon Air, Alabama, and Lake Charles, Louisiana, as well as an experienced team serving customers throughout the Southeast and Gulf Coast.

For years, CAVCO has served industrial, municipal, water, mining, and infrastructure customers with responsive service and strong customer relationships. The company complements ISCO’s HDPE piping systems, fusion equipment, field services, and project coordination, strengthening support for customers across one of the country’s fastest-growing regions.

“CAVCO is a natural fit for ISCO,” said Jimmy Kirchdorfer, CEO of ISCO Industries. “We’ve built ISCO by investing in inventory, manufacturing, equipment, and, most importantly, experienced people. That’s exactly what we found in CAVCO. Together, we’ll be able to support more customers with the same commitment to service they’ve come to expect.”

Randall Hall, owner of CAVCO, said selecting ISCO was an intentional decision centered on the long-term future of the business.

“We weren’t simply looking for a buyer. We were looking for the right partner,” said Hall. “We wanted a company that would take care of our people and continue serving our customers the right way. As we got to know ISCO, it became clear that their leadership, culture, and long-term approach aligned with ours. We became confident they were the right company to carry our business forward.”

Jason Kloibhofer, Director of Sales for CAVCO, said joining ISCO gives the team additional resources to better support customers.

“We’re still the same team our customers know and trust. The difference is that we now have access to ISCO’s inventory, manufacturing capabilities, fusion equipment, field services, and engineering expertise,” said Kloibhofer. “That allows us to solve more challenges, respond faster, and bring even more value to our customers.”

ISCO also acquired AIS, LLC, a specialized manufacturer of HDPE fabricated fittings and specialty products serving HDPE distributors nationwide. AIS will continue operating under its existing name, preserving the customer relationships that have made the business successful while benefiting from additional manufacturing resources.

“What won’t change is our commitment to our customers,” said Cody McDonald, AIS Division Plant Manager. “ISCO gives us additional manufacturing resources that help us respond faster, expand what we can do, and continue delivering the service our customers have always expected from AIS.”
