High-density Polyethylene Piping Products
Pipeline Elevate-RT™ (PE-RT) Piping Systems
Pipeline Elevate-RT™ expands the operating range of polyethylene piping for demanding elevated-temperature applications.
Engineered for elevated pipe temperatures
Standard PE4710 pipe is commonly used in pressurized applications up to 140°F. Pipeline Elevate-RT™ extends polyethylene into applications up to 180°F (82°C), while maintaining installation and performance advantages that make polyethylene an attractive alternative to traditional piping materials.
Manufactured by Pipeline Plastics using Dow INTREPID™ 2499 PE-RT resin, Pipeline Elevate-RT is designed for applications where temperature, corrosion resistance, joint integrity and long-term system performance matter.
Why Elevate-RT™ (PE-RT)?
Engineered for 180°F
Elevate-RT PE-RT pipe has a substantiated 800 psi Hydrostatic Design Basis at 180°F, supporting continuous elevated-temperature service up to 180°F.
Fused, Not Fastened
Elevate-RT pipe and fittings are heat fused for a continuous PE-RT system, with butt, saddle and electrofusion joining supported by established ASTM and PPI procedures.
Corrosion-Free
PE-RT provides a nonmetallic piping solution for water, process, and chemically and corrosively demanding services, without corrosion mechanisms associated with metallic piping.
Built Like HDPE
Elevate-RT uses established PE joining methods, including ASTM F2620 butt and saddle fusion for elevated-temp capability AND the same installation processes contractors already know.
