The acquisition expands ISCO's HDPE field fusion expertise and service offerings across the Rockies and Plains.

Louisville, KY — Monday, October 27, 2025 — ISCO Industries, Inc. (“ISCO”), leading provider of HDPE piping systems and fusion equipment, has acquired Fusion Technologies, Inc. (“FTI”), a Montana-based fusion contractor known for its Fast-Fusion technology and trusted crews.

With innovative equipment, certified fusion technicians, and deep customer relationships, FTI has become one of the region’s most trusted service providers. Its strong presence across Montana, Wyoming, the Dakotas, and the Bakken Basin complements ISCO’s national network and opens new opportunities to grow in mining, oil and gas, and industrial infrastructure across the Rockies and Plains.

“FTI’s Fast-Fusion technology, skilled fusion team, and strong regional expertise make this a great partnership,” said Jimmy Kirchdorfer, CEO of ISCO. “Together, we’re enhancing our equipment and service offerings to deliver even better, more integrated solutions for customers across the country.”

FTI will operate as Fusion Technologies – A Division of ISCO, ensuring continuity for customers while connecting them to ISCO’s nationwide network, fusion equipment fleet, and end-to-end HDPE pipe solutions.

“We’re proud to join the ISCO family,” said Fusion Technologies Founder, Les Klaudt. “Our customers and team members will benefit from ISCO’s scale and support, while we continue delivering premium quality, safety, and reliability that have always defined Fusion Technologies.”

Customers will continue working with the same trusted FTI team—now supported by ISCO’s extensive line of HDPE products and equipment, fabrication capabilities, and nationwide resources.
